In older Zaan houses not a single frame is square, and a standard door fits nowhere. We make doors that fit the frame you have, and hang them so they neither stick nor let in draughts.
We make front doors in Accoya or meranti, woods that move little with moisture. With a burglar-resistant lock with SKG stars and draught seals all round. The design can be classic, with panels and a fanlight, or deliberately plain.
Panelled doors, doors with leaded glass or plain flush doors in oak. If the double doors between the front and back room were ever taken out, we recreate them in the original profile.
A solid oak interior door, hung and finished, from €890. An Accoya front door with security hardware from €2,950. Double doors are quoted individually.
Ask for a designOften, yes. We plane down a sticking or warped door and reglue loose panels. Sometimes a new door is cheaper, and then we tell you honestly.

Lovely oak double doors, exactly in the old profile. Delivery ran three weeks late because of a late timber delivery, but we were properly kept informed by phone.
