Terms and conditions
Our terms in plain language. You also get them on paper with every quote.
Design and quote
Measuring up and the first design are free. If you want major changes to the drawing after that, we charge for the extra drawing time. The quote is valid for 30 days.
Extra work
If we come across something that could not be foreseen when fitting, like a rotten joist behind an old staircase, we talk to you first. We never do extra work without your agreement.
Payment
When you approve the drawing we ask for a 40% deposit, because that is when we buy the wood. You pay the rest within 14 days of fitting, by invoice.
Guarantee
We guarantee our construction and joints for five years, and hinges and locks carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Wood moves a little with the seasons. A hairline crack in an oiled board is not covered, but we will always come and have a look.

Not happy? Let us know within 14 days of fitting at info@kuijpers-timmerwerken.nl. Willem will come and look at it himself.
